KiwiMotion Library
Uploaded media and generated content stored in your KiwiMotion Library are scheduled for automatic deletion after the generation-history period displayed for your plan. Content may be removed earlier when you delete it, close your account, violate the Terms of Service, or removal is required for security or legal reasons.
Deleting a Library item may not immediately remove temporary copies already held in backups, infrastructure logs, or an external provider’s systems. Those copies may remain for a limited period according to the relevant provider’s deletion and backup cycle.
Important files should be downloaded before their Library-retention period expires. KiwiMotion does not guarantee permanent storage.

Account information is generally retained while your account remains active.
After account closure, limited information may be retained where reasonably necessary for:
- Security
- Fraud and abuse prevention
- Dispute resolution

Generation and technical records
Limited generation metadata, request identifiers, usage records, error information, and security logs may be retained for a period determined by operational, security, fraud-prevention, and legal needs.

Backups
Deleted information may remain temporarily in encrypted or restricted backups until those backups are overwritten through the normal backup cycle.
